If only your last real estate experience were scripted like an HGTV episode, you’d feel confident about how your next move would go.
Because in that episode everyone would be competent, capable and well prepared.
Your interests would be the only priority for everyone involved.
And every step of the process would be made crystal clear by the people working with you.
But that’s not how you remember things going the last time.
Your last real estate experience may have resembled something out of an episode of Survivor.
You’re not sure if you’re surprised at what happened or concerned you don’t have anything to compare it to.
But you’re convinced you don’t want an experience like that again.
Which is why today you’re unwilling to rely solely on others without knowing how things should go from the start.
Welcome to Your Next Move
A place for homeowners who want to confidently navigate the difficult, precarious world of New York City real estate without losing their shirt (or their mind).
I’m Michael Corley, your broker guide and native New Yorker by way of Brooklyn.
I spent my childhood growing up in Bedford Stuyvesant, where I attended Sarah J. Garnett Intermediate School 324, Clara Caldwell Public School 308 and Horatio Gates Public School 129 (I think I just aged myself with the last school mentioned).
I later attended Samuel J. Tilden High School for Law, Politics and Community Affairs and went on to graduate from City University of New York with a degree in Marketing and Business Management.
I got my start in real estate in 2002 after spending 16 years working in Global Money Markets for several Wall Street International and Investment Banks.
Today I’m a Principal at a boutique real estate brokerage in Brooklyn, using the skills, tactics and strategies I’ve honed from my days on Wall Street to represent the interests of property owners like you.
And my plan is to help make your next real estate experience better than your last.
your next real estate experience …
Can be better than your last.
You can get the best outcome from the opportunities available.
You can get the maximum benefits today’s market conditions offer.
But for that to happen, you’ll need a process that can give you an (unfair) advantage.
You can gain that using
- guides that reveal short cuts and pitfalls
- deal sheets that distinguish the best from the worst
- and experience that asks the tough questions to avoid having a bad outcome
and It’s never too late to start
Get updates instantly on important topics where you’ll benefit from our real estate experience.
And here’s my promise when you do …
- I’ll never share your email address period!
- I won’t send messages you didn’t ask for because I hate SPAM, too
- And you’ll always be able to stop getting updates
Thanks for taking time to learn what we have in store for you and I hope we can make your next move your best one.
